As well as two picture-perfect white sand beaches you will find every luxury and facility to make your vacation an unforgettable experience. Each of the one or two bedroom suites has its own private covered patio or terrace overlooking the gardens or ocean. Rooms and suites are very spacious with custom-made furniture, Frette Linens, and a selection of bath amenities. All suites feature comfortably appointed living rooms and a number of the Personality Suites have the added benefit of a private pool. For your convenience and enjoyment, each room and suite comes with its own golf cart for your personal use during your stay.
Surrounded by the crystal clear Caribbean Sea and a natural coral reef, Canouan Island offers some of the best scuba diving waters in the Grenadines. Children can even take a ‘bubble making’ course at the off-site dive center.
Canouan Resort showcases suites and stunning two- to six-bedroom luxury villas all with pools. The Grenadines Estate Villas feature uniquely designed villas within the 1200 acre private estate capturing the spectacular beauty of the Caribbean.

These suites come either in One or Two Bedroom (1300 square feet or 1960 square feet). The pool suites feature a private pool.
Children are very welcome at the resort all year around. The Sugar Palm Kids Club is available free of charge for children aged between 4 and 14 years and offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities. There is also a babysitting service available.
Facilities at the resort include watersports, off-site dive center, Trump International golf club with Jim Fazio designed 18 hole course, Sugar Palm Kids Club, four restaurants, four bars, swimming pool, fitness center and the spa.
Complimentary activities include windsurfing, sailing, aqua cycling, kayaking, volleyball, snorkeling, four tennis courts, use of the fully equipped Fitness Center with Cybex training equipment and individual Cybex weights and a unique boxing ring. Activities at an additional charge include spa treatments, scuba diving, private and staffed yacht sail charters, island jeep tours, and excursions to neighboring islands.

Canouan Resort is on the windward side of the island in a beautiful, protected bay. 300 acres set in a natural amphitheater style stretching up the mountainside from the Caribbean Sea, on the Canouan Island.
When to go
Offering warm temperatures throughout the year the Caribbean is a perfect year round destination. With an average of 9 hours sunshine a day the peak season runs from December through to April which is the dry season when you can expect very little rainfall. May to November are the slightly wetter months where you will find an increase in rainfall as the summer season goes on and with that some humidity, however the Summer months are still a great time to travel as the temperatures are hot and the rain tends to come in short heavy bursts but not all day long. The wettest months with the most humidity are September and October and these are the most probable months for hurricanes to occur in the region although many islands have not experienced hurricanes for a number of years. The average daily temperatures range from the mid-seventies in the winter months and mid-eighties in the summertime.
