At Le Toiny, I will never ever forget the superb breakfast I had on my terrace overlooking my pool and the sea, whilst sipping excellent coffee and a yummy breakfast with fruit salad you didnt even need to chew it was cut in such small concass! Whilst having been given the English newspaper to read through and trying the beautiful handmade jams and honeys in little flip storage jars looking like they had been made and preserved in Provence! One finds it hard to decide whether they would like..Pineapple Vanilla, Banana Suzzette, Red Berries and Honey or perhaps Salted Butter Caramel on the homemade warm melt in the mouth Croissants!? The rooms at Le Toiny are so chic and designed in lovely pastel colors all complimenting one another! They have literally thought of everything in the spacious bedroom as well as having lovely bathrooms with little white tilled floors and walls, with a separate shower and a Jacuzzi bath, often not found in many hotels in St Barths, they tend to have showers only! The food at Le Toiny was probably some of my favorite in a hotel in St Barths!
Should you like to we can always organize a tour of the island for you with the Tour Guide Helene Bernier, her family settled here from France in 1648 and she is the twelfth generation! She literally knows everything about the island and can take you all over, seeing all of the sites and beautiful beaches! There are 22 in total and so different from one another in the types of sand and rocks too! My favorite four would have to be Gouvereur, Saline and the beaches of the hotels Eden Rock and Isle De France! Should you enjoy a boat trip in the beautiful turquoise seas and snorkeling we can organize a superb boat trip with Blue Escape to Colombier Beach where I saw many turtles, a barracuda, the skinny trumpet fish and parrot fish, so many different colors of blues, yellows, black and white hiding amongst the rocks!

Le Toiny is arguably the most exclusive all-villa hotel in St Barths tucked away on a remote hillside on the south east coast of the island. What most appealed to me are the views here, which are a constant companion whether you are dining at Le Gaiac, the hotels Relais & Chateaux restaurant or lounging beside the pool in your private villa. Each one of the 15 villas has been uniquely styled, with features such as large claw foot bath tubs, mahogany four-poster beds, private heated infinity pool terraces and luxurious furnishings. The villas also feature state-of-the-art Bang and Olufsen equipment, mood lighting and small kitchens crammed full of goodies. There is a small spa but most favoured are in villa Ayurvedic and Asian therapy treatments. The restaurant is located poolside and considered one of the best on the island, no small claim on St Barths known for its fine upscale dining. You can expect creatively presented fine French cuisine and excellent wines delivered by professional and attentive staff. Dining here has its price and you may prefer to savour this moment for a special occasion, after all you are not too far from other fabulous eateries. Be careful not to fill yourself up on the mouth-watering array of canaps pre-dinner - one of the many advantages to being in a French territory. Nothing is too much trouble here and you can even skip the checkout desk and settle your bill in the chauffeured car en route to the airport.
