Lying on the south side of the island, Elbow Beach enjoys a peaceful setting overlooking a stunning pink sand beach. It's just 25 minutes from the airport and only 7 minutes drive from Hamilton the island's capital city.
The rooms and suites are located in small cottages dotted throughout the hotel's lush tropical gardens and they enjoy views out over the Atlantic ocean or the beautiful gardens. They are beautifully designed with open-beamed ceilings and luxurious furnishings in fresh, light colored fabrics. The bathrooms have sunken tub and separate shower. All rooms have a private patio for dining and relaxing and some rooms have a pullout sofabed, making them suitable for three people. Interconnecting rooms are also available for larger families and the hotel also have three beautiful free standing cottages available for families too.
The hotel has several dining choices available for guests and the bars and restaurants attract many people from outside of the resort in the evenings which is nice as they have quite a buzz about them. Mickey's Beach Bistro & Bar offers nice relaxed and informal dining whilst the Sea Breeze Terrace is a great place for cocktails, tapas and sushi. Lido offers a very sophisticated oceanfront dining experience and for casual poolside dining there's Blue Point.
Their luxurious spa offers guests a serene sanctuary to escape away from it all and enjoy one of the many expert treatments on offer. The spa suites have large granite soaking tubs and balconies overlooking the Ocean and there are also couple spa suites too if you'd like to have a treatment with your partner.
Other facilities for guests to enjoy include an extensive range of watersports including kayaking, snorkeling and deep sea fishing (available seasonally on property, but can be arranged as off-property excursions) Scuba diving (subject to weather conditions) and on-site dive shop (open seasonally) Horse-riding excursions, Five tennis courts, free form swimming pool, Fully-equipped fitness room and Golf putting green. During the summer months and the school vacations the hotel also offer The Camp at Elbow Beach kids program which is a great activity based kids club that gets the children out and about doing lots of activities including tennis and watersports. A nanny service is available for younger children and for when at times of the year The Camp is not running.
Bermuda is a golfers paradise and from Elbow Beach there are four excellent 18-hole golf courses within easy reach. We will be more than happy to assist with pre booking tee times prior to travel and this is recommended especially during peak season as these course are extremely popular.

Enjoying spectacular ocean views, these spacious rooms are wonderfully located just steps from the beach. Beautifully decorated in a light color palette with luxurious furnishings and large bathrooms complete with sunken tub and separate walk-in shower, the rooms all have a relaxed beachside feel, enhanced with ceiling fans, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and cool stone floors. All rooms have a private patio for dining and relaxing, as well as a pullout sofa bed, making them suitable for three people. In addition, connecting rooms are available for guests traveling in a group.
|Beachfront Lanai Room||
Located in lush gardens overlooking the beach, these attractive rooms enjoy uninterrupted views of the ocean and are the perfect size for up to three guests. They offer a relaxed, beach-house feel with exposed rafters, ceiling fans and a cool, crisp décor. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished and the adjoining bathrooms offer a space in which to truly relax, with stand-alone baths and separate glass-enclosed showers. Arguably, the most striking aspect of these rooms lies through the window, from where the magnificent ocean vista dominates the view. A wooden terrace, accessible through large French doors from the living room, is the perfect place from which to enjoy it.
|Premier Suite One Bedroom Suite||
Enjoying a peaceful garden location, these luxuriously designed one-bedroom villas offer either ocean or garden views. Only steps away from Elbow Beach's private stretch of pink sand, the suites are comfortably sized with a large bedroom, adjoining living area and sumptuous bathroom with his and hers basins, a large bath and walk-in shower. Vaulted ceilings and glass doors opening onto a private terrace give a sense of space, while the soft cream décor is both soothing and stylish. Luxurious furnishings include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. Suitable for up to three guests.
Children are very welcome to come and stay at Elbow Beach and the staff and amenities make it a great choice for families. Cots and extra beds can be added to rooms, items can be purchased prior to arrival and rooms can be baby proofed if requested. The Camp at Elbow Beach is the children's club open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday to Sunday 9am to 6pm. The Camp hosts a range of activities for children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old. Facilities include DVDs, computers, board games, Wii, books, PlayStation 3 and arts and crafts. The qualified staff will organize activities such as golf putting, horse shoe toss and scavenger hunts to name a few. The hotel also offers a babysitting service with prior notice. The pool at the hotel has a shallow end for children.
Elbow Beach has four restaurants to eat at and also a lounge and nightclub. Lido is open in the evening for dinner and serves Mediterranean style cuisine from it's ocean front location. Mickey's Bistro & Bar, open for lunch and dinner, specializes in seafood and is situated on the beach. Blue Point is the poolside restaurant, the open air kitchen serves up delicious light bites, salads and sandwiches as well as having a tempting dessert menu. Sea Breeze is an alfresco restaurant serving breakfast in the morning, tapas and sushi from late afternoon into the evening and then late night dining from 9.30pm until midnight. Located on the charming open-air terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic, it's a great place to enjoy a sunset cocktail and a nibble or two. Deep Lounge and Nightclub with its elegant leather sofas, low lighting and music is a fabulous place to relax or bust out some moves as evening turns to night.

Elbow Beach is the perfect place for you if you are after some relaxing time on the beach or by the pool, if you are more of the active type there are several sporting opportunities for you too. The beach tends to be the highlight of everyone's stay here - it is groomed daily, has chairs, loungers, umbrellas and towels for guests' use. The pristine waters are rock free making for great swimming. The pool is temperature controlled throughout the year so it is warm even during the winter months. There is a fitness room and private training sessions are available. There are five plexi-pave tennis courts and lessons can be arranged. There is an extensive jogging circuit which runs through the resort and also a disused railway trail for running enthusiasts. The disused railway track is also popular as a cycling trail, especially as there are fabulous scenic picnic spots en route. The concierge service will happily help to organize cycle hire and picnic hampers.
There is a golf putting course at the hotel, but of course there are many more golf courses nearby if you want to venture further afield. With 109 miles of coastline there are plenty of water sports on offer. The dive shop, located on the private, can organize excursions for all capabilities. The hotel can also organize kayaking, deep sea fishing and jet skiing. Horse riding is a great way to explore the area - you can enjoy sunset or sunrise rides along south shore beaches.

Elbow Beach has an idyllic beach front setting overlooking the Atlantic. It is located in 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens on the south side of the island. The beach is private and contains the famous pink sand. Hamilton is only 7-minutes away by car and the international airport only 25-minutes away.
When to go
Offering warm temperatures throughout the year the Caribbean is a perfect year round destination. With an average of 9 hours sunshine a day the peak season runs from December through to April which is the dry season when you can expect very little rainfall. May to November are the slightly wetter months where you will find an increase in rainfall as the summer season goes on and with that some humidity, however the Summer months are still a great time to travel as the temperatures are hot and the rain tends to come in short heavy bursts but not all day long. The wettest months with the most humidity are September and October and these are the most probable months for hurricanes to occur in the region although many islands have not experienced hurricanes for a number of years. The average daily temperatures range from the mid-seventies in the winter months and mid-eighties in the summertime.
