As the evening draws in gather out on the terrace, sip on a cocktail, and enjoy the smells of local Arabian cuisine escaping from the kitchen. The staff will tantalise you with drinks, canapés and of course, a famous tagine made from locally sourced ingredients and freshly made by the in-house chef. For those adventurous enjoy the fusion of taste and smells that never fail to satisfy, for children and those a little more food conservative there are also a number of European dishes available. As a perfect spot for celebrations, whether they be impromptu or planned, it is inevitable that this vibrant setting will lead to revelling on the roof under the Moroccan stars. Alternatively, for those who are looking for something a little more sedate the house is fully equipped with overhead projectors and two screening rooms to watch a DVD from the wide selection available, or get comfy around an open fire for a competitive board game.
The villa is taken exclusively, and all your meals, non-alcoholic drinks, laundry and spa treatments are included in the price.
The villa Ezzahra which is Arabic for 'Orange Blossom' has a rich authentic feel; it maintains a connection to the destination while simultaneously submerging you in utter luxury. Each of the 7 bedrooms is a suite, all with private terraces and dressing rooms, and some even with open fires. Ezzahra is beautifully designed; with mosaic floors, cedar wood furniture and rough stone walls throughout, it is evident that every detail has been agonised over.
The villa has an abundance of facilities; starting with the large garden, sizeable swimming pool, shaded terraces, paddle tennis court, outdoor chess, lawn badminton, table tennis, full sized pool table and berber tent - you are spoiled for choice with things to do. The house is fully equipped with overhead projectors and high tech facilities for those who need to hold meetings or conferences. For those looking for something a little more adventurous, there is the chance to arrange a trip to explore the breahtaking Atlas Mountains by horseback, camel, quad biking or even by taking flight in a hot air balloon!
If that weren’t enough, there is also the option to make use of Villa Alkhozama which has two bedrooms and its own private plunge pool. In amongst the shade of the olive trees, and nestled just 50 meters from the main villa is this additional villa which can be rented independently, or with Villa Ezzahra. The Moroccan character which runs throughout Ezzahra is continued with a slightly cosier feel, and it is worth noting the added luxury of an open air plunge pool in one of the bedrooms.
In the main villa there are seven en-suite double bedrooms, all with dressing rooms and private terraces. All the rooms feel very luxurious, and the decor has strong Moroccan influences throughout.
Outside facilities include extensive gardens with shaded terraces, a paddle tennis court, outdoor chess, badminton and table tennis, swimming pool surrounded by double and single sun beds and a Berber tent.
Inside the property there is a professional size pool table, many board games, two screening rooms and a private spa with its own hammam and two private treatment rooms, where massages, manicures, pedicures and wet shaving for men are all available in the spa, by the pool or on the villa's terraces; and are included during your stay.
There is also the option of using the separate Villa Alkhozama which has its own plunge pool and sleeps two.
