Description
Aspect Niseko is a collection of luxury apartments set in Middle Hirafu in Niseko with two and three bedroom apartments. Located on the slopes, it is in the heart of the skiing action and ideal for families or groups of friends.
On the edge of the famed 'Millionaires' Row' in central Hirafu the apartments at Aspect have incredible views, especially from the larger apartments on the higher floors. Ideal for those who like the independence of a fully equipped apartment they also have the added benefits a ski valet, concierge service and shuttle bus to ensure maximum time on the slopes. Accommodation is in the form of a two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, some of which can be combined to create a five bedroom unit, ideal for two families or groups of friends.
Designed by renowned architect Riccardo Tossani Aspect uses a mix of European and Japanese fittings with the property features galleries showcasing significant works of art. Minimalist in design, the apartments are warm with each having a fireplace as well as boot and jacket warming rooms and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.
Being located in Middle Hirafu and close to Momiji Street means some of the greatest Japanese cuisine bars and onsens are right on the doorstep.
Niseko is named as the #1 place to ski in Japan and is comprised of four interlinked ski resorts; Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village and An'nupuri and averages around 15m plus of snow each season. The Siberian winds interacting with moisture from the Sea of Japan means the snow is exceptionally dry and light in Niseko and, during ski season, there is incredible off piste terrain as well as a wide range of groomed runs for all levels The nearest ski lift is a short walk from Aspect, however there is also a shuttle bus that takes guests to and from the ski lifts as well as a ski valet where guests can keep ski gear to save walking in ski boots and carrying skis.
Accommodation
All apartments are spacious with either a terrace or a balcony and have fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers, washer / dryers, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fireplace in the lounge. The Kodachi Premium can be combined with the Miharashi Premium to create a 5 bedroom unit. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout.

Activities
The location of Aspect Niseko means it is easy to walk to the hub of restaurants, bars, shops and onsens.
Famed for 'champagne powder' Niseko is has an excellent snow record and is great for backcountry or off-piste skiing. The Niseko All Mountain Pass provides access to all four resorts in Niseko. Other activities on offer in Niseko include snowmobiling, snow rafting, snow shoeing, Cat skiing, back country tours and soaking in the mineral rich hot spring waters in the traditional onsens.
