Barat National Park

Covering around 19,000 hectares of coral reef, coastal mangroves, and dense forest on the picturesque northwest coast of Bali, this is the island’s only national park and an oasis for birdlife, including the rare Bali Starling. The park’s diverse topography of mangrove forest, rainforest, coral reefs and pristine sandy beaches are home to Black monkeys, macaques, muntjac and 160 species of bird.

The crystal clear waters and vivid reefs offer Bali's best diving at Pulau Menjangan, while the lush hillsides present numerous trails for hiking or exploring the unspoilt jungle on horseback. Jump on a bike with a guide to discover the flora and fauna of this rich landscape.
