Travel information regarding Coronavirus

With the ongoing outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19), there are many questions regarding travel and safety at this time and we recognise the increased uncertainty that this may be causing


Our Approach (updated 31 March 2020)

We continue to liaise closely with global health authorities and government agencies. In addition to the Government advice, we remain in close contact with our own partners on the ground in affected destinations to get first-hand information and insight.

Our team will be in contact directly with any guests due to travel in the coming weeks and we will progressively contact guests with future travel plans. If you have any concerns regarding forthcoming travel arrangements or if your travel plans were affected by Covid-19, please contact your Travel Consultant or reach us at 3165 4050.

Current situation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has advised all Singaporeans to defer all travel abroad with immediate effect. From 20 March 2020, 23:59 hours, all Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, Long Term Pass holders and short term visitors entering Singapore will be issued a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN).
