This renowned hotel on the outskirts of Megeve is made up of several chalets all linked by underground tunnels. You therefore can keep warm on the way to spa and go to breakfast in your indoor shoes! The restaurants are of a very high standard and the driver serves runs continuously allowing you to enjoy dining in town as well. The best room options for families are the one, two and three bedroom apartments which offer plenty of space. Or you can take a whole chalet if you would like! The skiing area in Megeve is ideal for short stays as it is just a 1 hour transfer from Geneva. You can get the earliest flight from London and be on the slopes by mid-morning. It is exhausting however and the Alpaga is just the place to recover from a long day with an early start and prepare yourself for you next day on skis!
