A 1.5-hour cookery demonstration with one of the Wallawwa's chefs, beginning at 11am. Learn about the spices used and the different methods of preparation for different types of Sri Lankan curry. Following the demo, enjoy a 2-course lunch.
Meet on the front verandah of the Wallawwa to see how some of Sri Lanka's delicious different curries are prepared using traditional clay pots. The chef will use vegetables and spices picked from the Wallawwa's own gardens and guests get the opportunity to taste the food during the cooking process.
Once the demonstration is over, you will enjoy a two-course lunch of the curries prepared followed by dessert.
