During your stay at The Four Seasons Nam Hai, spend a day or two at the resort's dedicated Cooking Academy, specialising in the art and intricacies of Vietnamese cuisine. In keeping with the country's tradition of using the freshest of ingredients, much of the produce used at the academy comes straight from the resort's herb and vegetable garden.

Every day at the academy starts with an excursion outside the resort which will influence the day's menu. Example trips include making rice noodles in a nearby paddy field, visiting the Tra Que vegetable village or the Phuoc Hai fishing village. Daily culinary themes are influenced by the country's many styles and tastes, from haute cuisine to street food.

Lead by Chef Tran Van Sen, the Cooking Academy is suitable for both those just starting their culinary journey, or for experienced professionals looking to expand their repertoire.
