However, the Zambezi and Lake Kariba are the hot spots for the top prize: fishermen spend years trying to catch a ten-pound plus tiger fish, this is one of the best places on the planet to do so.
Besides from game-fishing, bream are a common catch. These are a delicious eating fish, and if you catch one of a good enough size you will likely find it on the dinner menu.
A trip is not all about the fishing, all along the river banks or lake shores it is common to see good herds of animals coming down to drink. The presence of hippos and crocodiles is a constant and the birding is often very good from the water.
