Transport yourself back in time to 1914-1918 when South Tyrol played a vital role in the First World War due to its close location to the Italian / Austrian border, the symbolic Mount Col di Lana is the central point for this ski tour where many of the battles took place.

This 80km ski tour features spectacular scenery, amazing runs (including one of the longest runs in the world), mountain huts, museums and exploring historic artifacts, trenches running through the rocks, parapet walks and forts that are featured throughout the ski tour. It is suitable for skiers of all levels and is also an excellent way to gain an overall experience of skiing in the Dolomites and its rich culture and heritage as well as its breath-taking natural beauty.

This tour is for 4 days / 3 nights and can be completed with or without an experienced local English-speaking mountain ski guide. It includes: trip briefing, logistics and maps of the area, 3 nights accommodation, all breakfasts and dinners, a Dolomiti Superski pass for 2 days and luggage transfers.

This itinerary may vary based on snow and weather conditions as well as fitness levels and skiing abilities of participants.
