Borana conservation week - 2nd March 2017
Lewa Borana Wildlife Conservancy, Northern Kenya
Visit Borana Lodge in northern Kenya the week commencing 2 March 2017 for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Join the ranger team and take part in the conservation efforts which are crucial to the Lewa Borana Wildlife Conservancy.
Become a ranger for a week and take part in the annual Big Five wildlife census, a hugely important task which highlights the success of various conservation projects. Help the rangers to track and count the five species, or even take part in other ventures such as tracker dog demonstrations or a conservation lecture from lodge owner Michael Dyer.
This truly unique experience will give you a chance to discover how the conservancy works behind the scenes and contribute to its conservation efforts while enjoying an extremely special safari.
