The Pavilions Himalayas

The Pavilions Himalayas is a luxurious eco-sensitive retreat in the heart of Nepal's Pokhara region. The tranquil rural setting of the hotel, a short drive outside of Pokhara city provide the perfect balance between exploration and relaxation.

The Pavilions Himalayas
  • Spectacular views can be enjoyed from each villa and communal areas such as the pool

  • Restaurant uses the freshest ingredients grown on the on-site farm

  • Perfectly situated for a range of adventurous activities including trekking, rafting and paragliding

  • 15 villas, either standalone or linked for families, enable guests to relax in privacy

Within easy reach of Phewa Lake and the Annapurna mountains, The Pavilions Himalayas is a intimate villa-only property with just 15 keys that provides both an ideal base for embarking on a range of light-adventure in the surrounding Pokhara region or a meditative retreat in the heart of the Nepalese countryside. Expect warm hospitality and delicious farm-to-table dishes incorporating ingredients from the on-site organic farm, along with a comfortable bed and the privacy of your own private villa in which to unwind.

The spacious villas are spread around a central club house, each tastefully decorated in neutral tones with a hint of the traditional; Nepalese artifacts adorn the walls and splashes of color add a touch of warmth throughout the bedrooms and living areas. Each villa enjoys spectacular views of the impressive Annapurna peaks from its own private terrace or garden. A communal lounge can be found within the club house, along with the restaurant and other facilities including the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, Jacuzzi and spa.

A more recent addition to the property is a series of tented eco-villas perched above Phewa Lake, known as Pavilions Himalayas - Lake View. Reached by paddleboat and a short hike, these tented villas lets guests enjoy un-obscured views over the surrounding rice fields, lake, and Annapurna Himalayas without sacrificing too many home comforts. Dining here involves a delicious series of local and international dishes, with menus crafted daily. An additional a la carte menu is available at the club house.

Activities in the region range from soft adventures, trekking, farm activities and cooking classes to adrenaline sports such as white-water rafting. Soothe aching muscles in the spa, treat yourself to a champagne breakfast or soak in the culture with a trip to a local monastery.
