Treepod dining at Soneva Kiri

Looking for a new definition of extreme dining, without having to go the lengths Gordon Ramsay is going in his Great Escape on Channel 4?

Then, how about being suspended in the forest canopy served by a waiter on a trapeze?

Sounds crazy – but Soneva Kiri on the island of Koh Kood in Thailand have designed what we think is one of the most imaginative and innovative dining venues we’ve ever dined in.

Guests board the rattan Treepod at ground level before being hoisted 16 feet into the tall, native massang trees.

Up to 4 guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in sumptuous cushioned seating whilst your waiter flies through the air through the air by zip wire to take and serve your order.

Fine dining at its most daring!
