Dolma-Making Masterclass

Today, you will learn how to make a traditional cuisine called dolma, made from grape leaves stuffed with meat, at the Sheki's Karvansaray.

Dolma is inscribed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage widespread in the Southern Caucasus. Dolma in Sheki is particularly unique due to a local tradition of cooking them in a clay pot called dopu.
