Londra Palace is a really lovely hotel with very welcoming and warm staff. Recently renovated, the public areas of the hotel which consist of a lobby, bar and restaurant are elegantly decorated with stunning hand blown glass sculptures and light fittings. I stayed in one of the Junior Suites with lagoon view, which was beautiful. It's definately worth uprading to a lagoon view as you really feel like you are right in the heart of the action.
My favourite part of the hotel is the secret terrace on the roof - accessible only by permission, this terrace offers the most stunning rooftop views. Its a really small space, so perfect for romantic drinks or a small dinner with friends. The hotels restaurant has a terrace on the pavement, so at breakfast you can watch as the city wakes up and starts the preparations for the day.
