Having been fortunate enough to travel a lot as a child, my absolute love of exploring new countries, cultures, sights and sounds led me to leaving my job in London and setting off on a round the world adventure. I was so lucky to see some incredible places, however I truly believe you can't beat Europe; we are so lucky to have such a diverse and beautiful continent, right on our doorstep!
Favourite places I've been
Seville is an absolute must see European city, the architecture is stunning, the atmosphere electric and the Tapas never ending!
Rent a Go Car when in San Francisco for a truly unique way to see the city. These little cars allow you to go where other traffic can't, giving you unrivalled views over the city and of course the Golden Gate Bridge.
If you ever find yourself in Fiji, try and get over to Taveuni island. The light aircraft flight provides incredible views and the snorkeling, beaches, jungle walks and waterfalls will make it an unforgettable trip
When in Avignon, the best time to make the most of the restaurants outside the Palais de Papes is at dusk. Not only is the square quieter, but as the sun sets over Provence it bathes the Palace in stunning orangey hues, very romantic.
My hot picks
A charming little boutique hotel situated in the heart of Seville, a lovely spot for the more independent traveler, featuring honesty bars and cosy sitting rooms. Corral Del Rey also has a plunge pool on the roof terrace, great for a post sightseeing dip
