Jessica Hayes

London Office

My interest or more appropriately obsession with travel started as soon as I was old enough to hold an Atlas, from the beaches of Bondi, to the Winelands of South Africa to the tree tops of the Amazon I have been fortunate to have travelled many countries and cover every continent.

A true passion for me is Rio such a vibrant city, the people; the sights the sounds are so magical. Canoeing down the Amazon is certainly a highlight of my travels, not for the fainthearted but an unforgettable experience. With my partner as a Chef food is something top of the list when travelling, be it local favourites or three star Michelin restaurants, next on the wish list French Laundry in Napa Valley, California. Cambodia, Burma and India are my next top three desired destinations to explore and discover.

What my guests have said

"I would like to take the opportunity to thank Jessica for the preparation and handling of the holiday. My wife and I had a most memorable holiday experience. Thank you, once again!"

"Jessica was great. She got on the case straight away and came up with a place at short notice which ticked all the boxes."

"FANTASTIC! We felt very assured to know we were being looked after, especially when there was the air controller strike days before our departure date. Given that we gave only a few weeks notice it was amazing you were able to book us on such a perfect holiday. Of course I will recommend you to everyone! Jessica was completely on it from the word go and instantly understood what we wanted and not at all bothered to look into different options making it the perfect holiday for us."

"Another fabulous holiday- thank you. Ability to tailor holiday and hotel/resort knowledge."

"Jessica was amazing, she sorted the honeymoon within our budget to 5* hotels in amazing locations when others had told us we could not do the Amalfi coast with our budget, and she was so efficient and even on hand whilst we were away. She must have arranged the little welcome bottles of prosecco in our rooms, which always makes the difference."

"Jessica was fantastic and dealt brilliantly with all our requests and even changes to our trip at the last minute."

"Jessica was friendly and knowledgeable. If she was not available, someone else from the office was quick to respond to our emails on her behalf. We always felt confident that the representatives were familiar with our itinerary."

Travel nuggets

  • Discover your inner Audrey Hepburn in Rome and hire a vintage vespa to get around. You’ll avoid the busy traffic and fit in with the locals at the same time!

  • Make sure you head up Sugar Loaf mountain just before sunset to see Rio at its most beautiful and get some inspiring photos to wow your friends and family!

  • Head to Woolloomooloo Wharf just a short walk from the centre of Sydney. This dock once welcomed Merchant ships is now home to stunning al fresco bars and restaurants over the water, great for looking out for a few famous locals.

My hot picks

Amankila, Manggis, Bali, Indonesia

Stunning hillside hotel, set on high on the Volcanic hills of the East Coast with unbelievable views of the Lombok Strait. The three tier pool that flows down the middle of the resort is its trademark, sip a cocktail on the top tier and dream away.

Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany, Italy

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Val d'Orcia, this hotel has jaw dropping views. One for foodies, they have a brilliant cookery school and grow all produce on site. This once a small hill top hamlet now and exclusive country retreat. Beautiful!

Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley, Blue Mountains National Park, New South Wales, Australia

This is a luxury eco reserve set in the beautiful Blue Mountains just 3 hours’ drive from central Sydney. The scenery here is breathtaking. The best way to explorethe striking landscape is on horseback.
