I’m very excited to have joined Scott Dunn as a Caribbean and Indian Ocean specialist. I started my career front of house at the renowned Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxford and have since traveled widely around the world, including Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

My love of skiing led me to work abroad for a number of seasons in a variety of top European ski resorts, including two seasons in Zermatt as a Chalet Manager. However, Barbados was my first real taste of paradise having been very spoiled in visiting the Caribbean on my own family vacations. I joined Scott Dunn in 2010 and have been extremely lucky to see most of our properties in Mauritius, the Seychelles, the Caribbean, and recently 6 islands in the Maldives, which dare I say it, is now my absolute favorite place in the world! Australia's a firm second! I highly recommend Maalifushi by COMO for couples and Niyama for families (where we run a Scott Dunn Explorers kids club). Both are simply superb for style, atmosphere, service and food! I trained as a chef so I’m quite a foodie and have meticulous standards, and the testing of restaurants a very important part of my stay!

  • At NIYAMA in the Maldives, have lunch at the underwater Restaurant called Subsix and see all of the stunning marine life swim by whilst you eat!

Carlisle Bay, Antigua

I highly recommend Carlisle Bay, as they just seem to get everything right with lovely little touches like afternoon tea each day, your own cool box with ice and bottled water placed on a table next to your sun lounger on the beach and 11am fruit kebabs.

Niyama Private Islands, Dhaalu Atoll, Maldives

This ia a high end exquisite hotel, which feels more than 5 stars, yet so friendly and not at all pretentious this is the most perfect place to stay! Not to mention the food is out of this world.

Six Senses Zighy Bay, Musandam Peninsula, Oman

You can choose to arrive a different way and paragliding into their beautiful beach!

The Oberoi Mauritius, West Coast, Mauritius

A beautiful hotel on the sheltered west coast of Mauritius. Their dive center is fantastic - they took me to a superb dive site and we saw so much and on the way back on the bottom we saw a pod of dolphins so jumped in the water to snorkel with them.
