Book with Confidence
We know that peace of mind and flexibility are key to ensuring that you feel confident booking a holiday with us, so we have been working hard to ensure our service is as flexible as possible.
As of 13 September 2021, all new bookings now benefit from our newly revised book with confidence policy, which gives you greater flexibility by allowing you to cancel closer to your departure date should there be any changes to travel advice relating to Covid-19. This means you can book your trip with total peace of mind, safe in the knowledge you can flex your plans should you need.
Our team will explain the options available to you and talk you through the specific terms and conditions relating to each aspect of your trip, giving you full transparency enabling you to make informed decisions, if your holiday is unable to proceed as a result of Covid-19.
If you choose to cancel due to unavoidable Covid-19 travel advice restrictions*, we will offer you a full refund, including your deposit, between 1 and 30 days prior to departure, dependent on the nature of your trip** and as long as the balance has been paid in full and on time.
* These restrictions are defined as follows:
- Where travel to the destination would contravene the travel advice issued by the UK Government and FCDO.
- There are entry restrictions imposed by a country to UK residents where there is a legal obligation to quarantine for more than 3 days on arrival.
- Where there are visa suspensions meaning guests are denied entry to the destination.
- If there is a UK government and FCDO requirement to quarantine in a hotel, or self-isolate at home on return to the UK for more than 3 days.
**This is subject to the specific terms and conditions offered by the individual suppliers. We have negotiated favourable terms with the majority but there may be instances where there is less flexibility, but we will advise this at the time of booking.
As part of your agreement with us, it is essential to have suitable travel insurance in place for your trip to ensure that you are covered for other cancellations relating to Covid beyond those stated above.
We also recommend that you carefully note and adhere to all entry requirements relating to your chosen destination, especially vaccination status and visas. Regrettably we cannot take responsibility if you are unable to meet these requirements upon arrival.
