As we approach September and the summer starts slowly drawing to a close, fear not, the sun will be shining for months to come, both in southern Europe and in further flung exotic corners of the world. So, before you put away your sun hats and flip-flops for another year, take a look at these wonderful vacations between now and Christmas and cheat the seasons by extending your summer.
