Dancing and music in Pollenca, Mallorca

The most popular fiesta in Mallorca is the Mares de Deu dels Angels at the beginning of August. Commemorating the battle between the Christians of Pollenca and 15,000 Moors, over 1000 towns people dress up and re-enact the battle in the streets, along with bands, dancers, performances and it then all ends with a wonderful fireworks display.

Haka in New Zealand
