Flights
As all our world holidays include long-haul flights we believe the choice of airline is vital. On our long-haul flights we only use airlines that provide the highest levels of service and reliability.Careful consideration should be given to the level of service provided by the larger modern airlines such as British Airways compared to the smaller airlines who are unable to keep their fleets at the leading edge of cabin service or do not have the capacity to ensure schedules are maintained. British Airways is our preferred airline as we feel their service, schedules and network are the best in the industry.
With internal flights we use only the best airlines available, though some destinations are served by a single carrier.

Flight upgrades
In addition to our economy class fares we have negotiated extremely competitive premium economy, business and FIRST upgrades, which in many cases are available in either one or both directions. These negotiated rates offer a considerable saving on published fares.Travel in the premium class cabins offers a greater degree of in-flight comfort, can reduce the effects of jet lag and does offer a more exclusive environment. These benefits are particularly noticeable for the taller person or those travelling with infants. In addition one should not dismiss the less obvious benefits of departing from the aircraft first (therefore avoiding long queues), priority baggage, additional baggage allowance, priority check-in and the use of exclusive airport lounges. Some airlines offer a complimentary limousine service to and from the airport in London when travelling in the premium classes.
World Traveller Plus from British Airways provides the perfect upgrade path for the leisure traveller. World Traveller Plus offers increased space and comfort over economy class, with more leg room, larger seats with more recline and fewer rows in a separate smaller cabin. World Traveller Plus is priced between World Traveller and Club World and so offers excellent upgrade value.
Please be aware that our negotiated airfares and upgrade prices although extremely competitively priced are designed for use with tour operator packages and are usually much more restricted in terms of flexibility than the more expensive ’published’ fares. Alterations and refunds however are usually not permitted.
