Just think of it: your very own chef for a fortnight. It’s like dining at your favourite restaurant five days a week. Only, you get to eat wherever you want – at the dining table, on the sun terrace, beside the pool, or on a picnic blanket beneath an olive tree.

Having a Scott Dunn chef take care of the family meals is more of a blessing than you might imagine. These are resourceful, creative, talented professionals, each of whom is wildly enthusiastic about the Mediterranean surroundings and the local produce. They’ll even recommend and book restaurants for you on their nights off.

The very presence of your chef will introduce a whole new paradigm to your holiday on the Med. You can be sure you’ll return home refreshed, glowing with health and very well fed. You might even come home with a few tricks up your sleeve for that next dinner party.

Your villa chef will prepare you continental breakfast on 6 mornings, buffet lunch, evening canapés and four course dinner 5.5 days of the week.

Hosts

Your job is simple: sit back, relax and indulge. Behind the scenes, our hosts make sure this is exactly what happens when you take a Scott Dunn villa on the Med.

Often it’s the simple touches that make all the difference – mid-morning refreshers by the pool, kimonos and slippers, hair dryers and DVD players, Bvlgari products laid out in the bathroom.

But we don’t leave anything to chance, either. Our larger houses come complete with a dedicated villa host to work alongside your chef. These are approachable and attentive professionals with a wealth of knowledge about the local area. It’s their job to make sure your holiday lives up to the high standards we set ourselves, providing suggestions for excursions, making dinner reservations, serving and clearing your meals, and generally ensuring the house is in order.

Think of your villa host as a hotel manager, concierge and personal assistant rolled into one.
