When to travel
Buenos Aires can be visited year round however the warmer months are from October to April, with peak summer from December to February. Uruguay has a temperate climate, with mild summers and winters. The best time to visit, particularly to the coastal areas, is between November and March. Argentina and Uruguay are very popular between Christmas and February so best to book well in advance.
