Description
ABAMA is a luxurious resort located in Guia de Isora, an unspoilt region that lies on the sunny west coast of Tenerife. This cliff top resort commands panoramic views over the golf course & across to the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful island of La Gomera. The unique Moorish architecture situated amidst banana plantations and lush subtropical gardens create a unique and exclusive resort.
The bedrooms and suites are distributed between the Citadel and Villas, all with private terraces and many with fabulous views over the gardens, golf course and ocean. The majority of the rooms are located in the Citadel, which combines ethnic and Moorish architecture with asymmetrical structures and earth coloured walls. The Villa rooms and suites are situated in a more private and secluded area of the resort nearer to the coast within a collection of two storey buildings, and have access to shared pools.
There are plenty of activities for sports enthusiasts, from an excellent tennis club and academy, complimentary state of the art gym, to an exclusive first class 18 hole golf course, beautifully landscaped with palm trees and lakes and spectacular sea views from many of the holes.
Those who wish simply to relax can choose from a wide selection of pools or the beach club in the secluded sandy cove. The 2500sqm Wellness and Spa Centre combines natural beauty treatments and personalised programmes to achieve complete mind and body relaxation.
The dining experience is diverse including Michelin-star fine dining at the M.B Restaurant, Japanese, Argentinian and Italian. With a choice of 11 restaurants there really is something for all tastes.
