Description
Villa Sarieta is a new, modern barn conversion just 6km from pretty Pollenca town. All the living areas are on the upper level and the spacious bedrooms and children’s playroom are on the lower level of the house.
The modern living area leads out to a large balcony/terrace with stunning views of the mountains. From here, you access the pool via a series of steps, which has surrounding wire and steel balustrade (so as not to interrupt the magnificent views).
The downstairs bedrooms have a vibrant use of colour on the walls, which contrasts well with the white linen beds. All the bedrooms are large and have large dressing areas and enormous bathrooms. The playroom is also on the lower level and leads to a small outside area.
There is plenty of space surrounding the villa and as it's got a parameter fence and security gate, it feels very private and secure.
There is a large pool with a covered sunbathing area, outside shower and barbecue and plenty of 'al fresco' dining areas.

Childcare
The villa is staffed with a fully qualified nanny who is there to take care of all your childcare needs. Our qualified nanny(ies) can look after children from four months to thirteen years keeping them entertained with a variety of fun activities tailor-made to their needs and routines. The dedicated playroom is full of toys, games, creative activities and a games console for all ages to ensure all children have an endless stream of fun on their holiday! Children are as well catered for as adults and your chef will cook delicious meals that cater for all tastes and allergies.
Our villas are equipped with a family in mind with stair-gates, blackout blinds, baby equipment and cots as standard. You can also request nappies and wipes to be purchased in advance so that you have one less thing to worry about. Babysitting can also be arranged if you would like to go out for supper.

Activities
Puerto Pollenca has an excellent beach, yacht club and marina, and an attractive main square and promenades.
It is also one of the island’s best locations for enjoying water-based sports: Sailing, dinghy sailing, kite surfing ,windsurfing, diving and sea kayaking are all available to those looking for something to do whilst on holiday.
Alternatively if you enjoy the sea you can rent a boat and take a picnic to one of the many coves in the bay.
A host of other activities are also available including bicycle hire, horse riding and trekking.
It is also possible to play a round of golf at one of the many courses on the island or a game of tennis.

Sarieta is a fully staffed villa with a chef, host and nanny to look after you during your holiday. Our team pride themselves on their ability to ensure that every aspect of the service is seamless and to anticipate your every need. Your private chef will serve mouthwatering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes. Your hosts will manage every aspect of your holiday, from restaurant bookings to keeping your glass topped up with wine or that perfectly mixed gin & tonic.
Chef and nanny – 5 ½ days per week, Maid service – 6 days per week. Additional nanny available on a request basis (from £405 per week for 1 child).
