Description
Villa Josefa is one of three properties on the Can Totxa private Estate (Villa Can Toxta and Villa Las Palmeras are the other 2 villas). The villa was built by the same architect, but has its own private access and spacious garden. The use of local stone and materials has been incorporated throughout the design creating a traditional Mallorcan finca of the finest quality. This theme continues inside with the use of terracotta tiles and warm Spanish colours, typical of a Spanish manor house.
As you arrive at the private security gates to Villa Josefa, you drive up the long, secluded driveway, which make this property very private.
There is a grand entrance to the villa with several stone steps and a ramp to the large wooden front door. Upon entering, you are lead into a spacious, high-ceiling hallway, which leads to the kitchen, dining room, sitting room and playroom, There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
The children's playroom is conveniently located on the ground floor (parents like the fact it's on the same level as the main facilities). It is well equipped with a large choice of indoor and outdoor toys, plus creative play materials.
There are ample terraces, both open and covered, to enjoy the wonderful outdoors, with views of the surrounding mountains. The garden is edged by a pretty stone wall enclosing the swimming pool and lovely lawn area making it very child friendly and secure.
Villa Josefa's infinity swimming pool is approximately 2 metres deep (11.6x 6.3m) with five entry steps and has a terracotta terrace where you can relax on one of the many comfortable sun loungers.
There is a brick-built barbeque where your chef can prepare you a sumptuous meal.
On the first floor there are 4 airy double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and plenty of storage space. 2 have direct access onto the large, sunny, balcony.
Josefa is a fully air-conditioned villa, which is staffed to a high standard with a chef, nanny and a host to make sure all your needs are met for a relaxing holiday.
As it is close to Villa Can Totxa and Villa Las Palmeras, it makes it ideal for families or large groups wanting to holiday together.

Childcare
The villa is staffed with a fully qualified nanny who is there to take care of all your childcare needs. Our qualified nanny(ies) can look after children from four months to thirteen years keeping them entertained with a variety of fun activities tailor-made to their needs and routines. The dedicated playroom is full of toys, games, creative activities and a games console for all ages to ensure all children have an endless stream of fun on their holiday! Children are as well catered for as adults and your chef will cook delicious meals that cater for all tastes and allergies.
Our villas are equipped with a family in mind with stair-gates, blackout blinds, baby equipment and cots as standard. You can also request nappies and wipes to be purchased in advance so that you have one less thing to worry about. Babysitting can also be arranged if you would like to go out for supper.

Activities
Puerto Pollenca has an excellent beach, yacht club and marina, and an attractive main square and promenades. It is also one of the island’s best locations for enjoying water-based sports: Sailing, dinghy sailing, kite surfing ,windsurfing, diving and sea kayaking are all available to those looking for something to do whilst on holiday.
Alternatively if you enjoy the sea you can rent a boat and take a picnic to one of the many coves in the bay.
A host of other activities are also available including bicycle hire, horse riding and trekking.
It is also possible to play a round of golf at one of the many courses on the island or a game of tennis.

Your private chef will serve mouthwatering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes. Your hosts will manage every aspect of your holiday, from restaurant bookings to keeping your glass topped up with wine or that perfectly mixed gin & tonic.

Villa Josefa is situated in the Can Totxa Estate in the north-east of the island, approximately 5 minutes by car from the great restaurants of Pollenca town and 10 minutes from Puerto Pollenca with its beach and marina. It has beautiful countryside surroundings with fantastic views of the mountains.
Palma airport 80km.
How to get there
There are regular international flights to Palma. 60 minutes drive to the villa from the airport.
