Can Totxa has been recently built in a classic Mallorcan farmhouse style and the use of local stone and traditional design is evident from the outside. However, the modern, contemporary interior of the house is in complete contrast to the exterior. Clean, fresh lines and neutral furnishings create a cool and calm ambience and the open plan design of the kitchen and living area creates a feeling of spaciousness.
As you arrive at Can Totxa, via a long and secluded driveway, you will pass through its own electric security gates which make this property very private. It is a tranquil and stunning place to stay with your family or friends.
This villa is situated on the Can Totxa private estate along with Villa Josefa and Villa Las Palmeras, so could be an ideal choice for groups wanting to holiday together.
The grand, high-ceiling hallway leads onto a spacious open-plan sitting/dining room with plenty of seating available. From here you are lead into the stunning open kitchen where you can watch and be involved in the creations that your chef prepares for you and your party (especially popular with the children).
On the ground floor there is a separate TV room, which we use as the children's playroom. It's equipped with a wide choice of indoor and outdoor toys. Our nanny will make sure that your children are well looked after with creative, entertaining and progressive play, whilst you enjoy your well-earned break. Families like the fact that the playroom is on the same level as the lounge/dining area, so parents can be as involved as they like.
There is also 1 twin bedroom with a separate bathroom on this level.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with open plan shower rooms and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The pool is at the side of the house and is surrounded by a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area. There is a lawned garden and decked area surrounding the pool terrace and many sun loungers, including an outdoor daybed. A recent addition to this impressive house is the all-weather tennis court.
This is a fantastic place for a family or group to enjoy each others company, either relaxing or being active surrounded by beautiful scenery. As the swimming pool and tennis court are located close to the villa, it is an ideal choice for families as you can keep an eye on all of the activities from the comfort of your sun lounger.

Childcare
The villa is staffed with a fully qualified nanny who is there to take care of all your childcare needs. Our qualified nanny(ies) can look after children from four months to thirteen years keeping them entertained with a variety of fun activities tailor-made to their needs and routines. The dedicated playroom is full of toys, games, creative activities and a games console for all ages to ensure all children have an endless stream of fun on their holiday! Children are as well catered for as adults and your chef will cook delicious meals that cater for all tastes and allergies.
Our villas are equipped with a family in mind with stair-gates, blackout blinds, baby equipment and cots as standard. You can also request nappies and wipes to be purchased in advance so that you have one less thing to worry about. Babysitting can also be arranged if you would like to go out for supper.

Activities
Free tennis court within the villa grounds.
Puerto Pollenca has an excellent beach, yacht club and marina, and an attractive main square and promenades. It is also one of the island’s best locations for enjoying water-based sports: Sailing, dinghy sailing, kite surfing ,windsurfing, diving and sea kayaking are all available to those looking for something to do whilst on holiday.
Alternatively if you enjoy the sea you can rent a boat and take a picnic to one of the many coves in the bay. A host of other activities are also available including bicycle hire, horse riding and trekking.
It is also possible to play a round of golf at one of the many courses on the island.

Can Totxa is a fully staffed luxury villa with a chef, host and nanny to look after you during your holiday. Our team pride themselves in their ability to ensure that every aspect of the service is seamless and to anticipate your every need with their invisible service. Your private chef will serve mouthwatering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes. Your host will manage every aspect of your holiday, from restaurant bookings to keeping your glass topped up with wine or a perfectly mixed gin & tonic.
Chef, host and nanny - 5.5 days per week, maid service 6 days per week.
Additional nanny upon request (from £405 per week for 1 child) - subject to availability, laundry facilities - EUR7 per wash. Tenancy times: Check in 4pm. Check out 11am.

Pollenca is nestled at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain chain along Mallorca's northern coast, it is a very attractive traditional Mallorcan town which is a world away from the package holiday resorts found elsewhere on the island.
How to get there
2.5hr international flight from most UK Airports to Palma, followed by a 60 minute drive to the villa.
