Alfabia is an original Finca (farm) which has recently been fully restored to its former glory by its current owners. Breathtaking views across to the Tramuntana mountain range are certainly its headline act, creating a tranquil atmosphere with inspiring views, especially with the early morning light or at sun set.
Accessed via a country road, the only disturbances you are likely to get during your holiday are from the surrounding local wildlife. It is a peaceful and tranquil property that can't fail to impress.
The accommodation is extremely versatile as it is spread over 2 buildings about 30 metres apart - especially if part of the group requires an additional degree of space and privacy.
The main house has an open-plan dining/living area, kitchen and utility room on the ground floor. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with a large terrace area from the master bedroom that looks out over the swimming pool and front gardens. The casita (separate cottage), which is slightly set back from the main house, has a large twin bedroom with an en suite and a twin bedroom, which is perfect for children on the ground floor, plus a spacious double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor - this opens onto an enormous, sunny, private roof terrace. This beautiful double has a large alcove which is a great size for a cot or small child's extra bed.
Another highlight of the property is the beautifully restored converted barn. True to its heritage, the barn has a more rustic feel and provides an ideal spacious location for the children’s play area. The barn is fully equipped with a fantastic selection of toys, games and equipment for both indoor and outdoor play, which also includes a table tennis table. The villa owner actually use the barn as a party room as it's equipped with a fantastic sound system and 60 inch plasma screen, so perfect for that sporting event or family get-together. Outside the barn there is a large outdoor terrace with a barbeque area and sink, that looks out onto the extensive lawn and gardens. This is a fantastic area for children to enjoy the open space in a safe environment. Think cricket and croquet on the lawns, to afternoon football games - our nanny/activity specialist will keep your children occupied whilst you relax and enjoy the Scott Dunn villa service.
The property has its own vineyard, chicken coup, pretty fruit trees and vegetable garden where our chefs pick fresh ingredients for your evening meal.
Our chef and host will serve you sumptuous meals at one of the outdoor dining areas so you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings allowing you a real chance to escape and relax.
Villa Alfabia has an outdoor swimming pool (7x4.4m) surrounded by sunbathing terraces and sun loungers.
There are many shaded and lounging areas at this villa, so it's perfect for grabbing some time-out with a good book and fine company.
This villa is set in an unspoilt area, but has all the benefits of nearby facilities as it's 10 minutes from the pretty town of Pollenca and its nearby beaches.

Villa Alfabia has beautiful bedrooms both in the main house and in the casita (separate cottage). In the main house – large double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, open-plan sitting/dining room, cloakroom, laundry room. In the casita, double room with en-suite bathroom and sunny terrace, twin room with shower room. The 3rd room is a studio room with twin beds.

Childcare
The villa is staffed with a fully qualified nanny who is there to take care of all your childcare needs. Our qualified nanny(ies) can look after children from four months to thirteen years keeping them entertained with a variety of fun activities tailor-made to their needs and routines. The dedicated playroom is full of toys, games, creative activities and a games console for all ages to ensure all children have an endless stream of fun on their holiday! Children are as well catered for as adults and your chef will cook delicious meals that cater for all tastes and allergies.
Our villas are equipped with a family in mind with stair-gates, blackout blinds, baby equipment and cots as standard. You can also request nappies and wipes to be purchased in advance so that you have one less thing to worry about. Babysitting can also be arranged if you would like to go out for supper.
Facilities
The sitting area has a TV with satellite, CD player and DVD player.
Outside facilities include a saline swimming pool several outside terraces, barbeque with sink area, covered outside dining/soft seating area, large lawned garden, chicken coup at the far side of the villa grounds and games room with table tennis.
Both the villa and casita have air-conditioning.

Activities
Puerto Pollenca has an excellent beach, yacht club and marina, and an attractive main square and promenades.
It is also one of the island’s best locations for enjoying water-based sports: Sailing, dinghy sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, diving and sea kayaking are all available to those looking for something to do whilst on holiday.
Alternatively if you enjoy the sea you can rent a boat and take a picnic to one of the many coves in the bay.
A host of other activities are also available including bicycle hire, horse riding and trekking.
It is also possible to play a round of golf at one of the many courses on the island or a game of tennis.

Our team pride themselves on their ability to ensure that every aspect of the service is seamless and to anticipate your every need with their invisible service (you'll hardly notice they are there). Your private chef will serve mouthwatering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes. Your host will manage every aspect of your holiday, from restaurant bookings to keeping your glass topped up with wine or that perfectly mixed gin & tonic.

Alfabia Villa is situated 6kms from Pollenca, in the north-east in the island. 10mins by car from great restaurants of Pollenca and 15 minutes from Puerto Pollenca with its beach and marina. It can be found in pretty countryside surroundings with fantastic views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountains.
In Pollenca you will find shops, bars and restaurants and the beach is within 10 minutes drive.
How to get there
There are regular international flights to Palma.
