Description

Cordoba, the capital of Andalucia, has an inspiring balance between the past and the present. A Roman colony granted independence, Cordoba is a centre branded with the reaffirmation of Christian power and is now a beautiful town that manages to preserve all of this history.

Palacio del Bailío’s 54 rooms capture the essence of Cordoba’s past and present – located within the historic 18th century palace, the rooms are contemporary in design with modern furnishing. Unique vaulted ceilings or ancient stone arches characterise some of the Deluxe rooms, while others are flooded with mouthwatering aromas from the indoor garden.

There are a number of terraces throughout the grounds, the main is particularly spectacular; paving has been replaced with a glass floor, showing Roman ruins four metres below. The hotel’s very own Bodyna Spa (located in perfectly maintained and restored Roman Baths) offers a comprehensive selection of services and treatments based on their very own line of natural cosmetic products. Delicious fresh, local cuisine is served in the Senzone Restaurant in a contemporary, fine-dining environment. The Senzone tapas bar offers a more informal dining option with a creative menu selection.
