The Cathedral was built in the 15th and 16th Centuries and is one of the largest churches in the world.

Cartuja monastery: Houses the Museum of Contemporary Andalucian art.
Torre del Oro: Built in the 13th Century during the Almohad period. This fortified tower was a surveillance post for the maritime traffic on the river.
Palacio de Lebrija: This Renaissance Mudejar style palace became a refuge for antiques when the Countess de Lebrija bought it in 1914. You can visit the ground floor rooms, devoted to archaeology - full of Greek, Roman and Persian statues and Etruscan terracottas - or you can go upstairs and examine the handsome collection of 15th and 17th century religious statues and ceramics.
