George, our chef, went to extraordinary lengths to cater for our complicated diet- kosher, pescetarian, vegetarian plus one toddler and one baby! He was amazing. Dr Winston January 2011

The staff were fantastic...very responsible and friendly. George is a wonderful chef and we loved his cooking.......both Emma and Richard are great with their service and the kids. George was by far the most entertaining and organised chef we have ever had. Not to mention the cleanest kitchen and chalet. He catered for our demanding needs without any suggestion that it was above and beyond. We have been on a few Scott Dunn holidays and enjoyed them. However the staff at Courchevel have made this holiday exceptional. George our cost has been brilliant and nothing has been too much trouble. Every thing in the resort has been extremely well organised. It's a shame Dan and George aren't in charge of the snow! Lucie Scott was always there solving any issues which came up and has such a lovely friendly chilled out manner. Amy Richardson was wonderful with the children. Millie will really miss her. She was so creative and patient. Lastly, George Bronwin was an amazing chef. His food was exquisite and he had such a lovely personality. The family loved having him around. We were very pleased by the overall quality of our team. Despite having a wild mop of flaming red hair we were relieved to see that our chef was reasonably well balanced and his potentially temperamental Welsh flair was only noticeable in his excellent cuisine.
