Description
Le Seizena is a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Courchevel 1650. Its façade overlooks the resort and its rear terrace sports a panoramic view of the whole of the Courchevel Valley (best views)
This is a ski hotel with a difference where the cosy, simple comfort of mountain chalet rooms highlights an avant-garde décor. The decor is traditional yet modern with fusions of wood, brushed aluminium and warm fabrics creating a unique, relaxing ambiance. The 20 rooms are fairly standard, but are all equipped with the latest accessories including plasma screen televisions, radios and complimentary internet access. After a hard day's skiing, relax in the Hammam followed by an international gourmet experience savouring the culinary delights that the resort has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants to sample France's great cuisine.
Courchevel 1650 is dominated by green and blue runs making it a very popular resort for families, however, for the more experienced skiers there are fantastic links to all other parts of Courchevel and beyond to the rest of the Three Valleys ski area, opening up 600km of well maintained pistes for all abilities. Activities
Courchevel is one of the world’s premier ski resorts with good reason. The skiing has breadth and depth that is unequalled. The extent of the Three Valleys combined with perfectly groomed runs, vertiginous off-piste couloirs, gentle runs at village level and much admired tree skiing mean Courchevel has lots for skiers of all standards.
Courchevel is part of the largest ski area in the world, with 600km of runs to enjoy. Guests staying in Courchevel 1650 are within easy reach of the two nearby valleys; Meribel and Val Thorens, and of course Courchevel 1850. Cross country ski runs through the trees are great fun for those wanting to push themselves that bit further. There is great off-piste skiing around Courchevel 1650 in addition to snowparks and easy beginner slopes.
Apart from skiing, the village has plenty to offer - from many famous eateries, to a flight from the famous altiport. The toboggan run to 1550 is another favourite, and snowshoeing and paragliding can also be enjoyed.
