Thank you for your post holiday email and your interest in ensuring we had a great honeymoon. I am so impressed with the personal service we have received from you and your team so thank you!!!

In short, we had an AMAZING honeymoon and I cant thank the Scott Dunn team enough for this.

Where do I start?

Well, right from when we stepped off the plane, the level of service we received from staff on the bus, the chalet manager Rhiannon, and drivers was great and led to a very relaxing start to our holiday.

The stars of the week had to be the Chalet staff:

Kate's attention to detail was impeccable but without at all being fussy. She never stopped smiling and nothing was ever too much for her to do. Her happiness definitely rubbed off on everyone else and it was clear that she loves what she does which is great to see. Thank you Kate.

Chris as chef produced what can only be described as Michelin star quality food. We even challenged him with an ingredients challenge and he delivered one of the best meals I have ever had. I will never forget the Chicken crackling, and the Kiwi ice cream. This guy should be on masterchef.

Richard, like Kate showed excellent attention to detail. He was so laid back (in a good way) that you never felt rushed with him and he definitely helped contribute to a very relaxing stay. He was very friendly/helpful and knowledgeable on things like the ski area and busses etc.

Although we didnt see much of Minty, I am assured by Chris that she did a lot of the kitchen work, so the comments above are probably equally applicable to her as well as Chris.

There was a bit of a rush at the end getting us out of resort when we had to pile onto a very busy train as the roads were closed. I felt the call to put us on the train was very last minute (and could have been made earlier) which meant when we got there we really had to cram onto the train as every other tour operator was doing the same. However I realise this was exceptional circumstances and appreciated that we were able to get out of the resort full stop. This did not detract at all from our great holiday its just I wouldnt want other guests to be in a similar situation (given the level of snow out there) and not be able to get on the train.

Thank you again, I can see why people say once you have been with Scott Dunn its very hard to go back.
