Lake & alpine heli-trekking
You still start your day being picked up by helicopter for a day of heli trekking through the stunning alpine environment around Mount Arthur.
You will fly through attractive alpine country with small picturesque mountain lake tarns. There is a choice of an easy walk along and down the ridge on alpine tussock past three lakes to a spur overlooking the Cobb Valley, or there is a higher level route up to the top of rugged Iron Hill and ridge top walk with spectacular views to the same spot as the lower level walk. You will be accompanied by a professional guide for a mountain hike. Return via an extended scenic flight through the Mt Arthur region.
