Accommodation
The Richardson has 74 guest rooms and suites on eight floors. All have elegant, modern interiors with sleek modern lines, golden rich textiles and beech woods. The Classic, Executive and Deluxe Rooms increase in size respectively but the Executive and Deluxe Rooms have a separate lounge/dining area and balcony. 1 and 2 bedroom Deluxe Suites are on the high floors and have galley kitchens. Penthouse Suites on the top floor have 1-3 bedrooms and masses of luxury living space inside and out.
Childcare
Children are very welcome at The Richardson and there are a number of rooms and suites well suited to families. There are no specific facilities available except for use of the swimming pool and babysitting, which can be arranged on request.

Breakfast is served daily in The Conservatory and The Opus is The Richardsons's glamorous dining venue with renowned cuisine fusing Australian, Oriental and French flavours. There is also a wine annexe, private dining area and small, luxurious Cocktail Bar adorned in golds and marble. The Richardson has a wonderful spa with a diverse menu of massages, body treatments, facials and wraps for both men and women, an indoor heated swimming pool with poolside garden, a sauna and a gym.

The spa, pool and fine dining are enough to keep you at The Richardson but venture out and Perth has so much to offer all ages from the botanical gardens, Kings Park, nineteen beaches for swimming, snorkelling and surfing, great shopping and more restaurants and cafes per capita than any other city in Australia.
When to travel
Perth enjoys a Mediterranean style climate with warm summers and mild winters. The main season is between September and April, when it's hot but rarely humid, with little rain. There's more rain in winter (May to August), but temperatures remain mild and the sun often shines. The Perth International Arts Festival is in March.
