David Armbrust of Australian Natural History Safaris will take you out for a day in the rainforest of Far North Queensland where you will find out all about and understand this eco-system and all the flora and fauna of the area.

David has unique access to the Daintree National Park and Cape Tribulation rainforest and he and his wife offer high quality ecotourism experiences in this area. David has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all the local eco-systems and wildlife. On spending the day with David you will visit Thyogale, David's private rainforest sanctuary and nature refuge as well as the visiting a variety of eco-systems that fringe the Great Dividing Range.

Some of the wildlife that you may see during the day could be the red-legged pademelon, the musky rat kangaroo, the cassowary and possibly even the platypus. This isn't your average Australian wildlife experience!

Willie Gordon, an award winning tour Aboriginal Elder, is an excellent guide and teacher. During the Rainbow Serpent Tour he will take you through beautiful dramatic landscape to some rock art sites including the Rainbow Serpent Cave as well as an ancestral Birth Site where Willie's grandfather was born. Willie explains the stories and meanings behind the art which gives you an understanding of Aboriginal philosophy and spirituality. Willie's knowledge of this region is extensive and he will explain to you all about the bush tucker and medicines and creatures of the area. During the tour you will be able to learn some of the traditional survival techniques of the Nugal-warra people and take part in a bush walk over easy terrain.
