Description
Set within the pristine heart of the Bouddi Peninsula, in the charming seaside village of Killcare Heights, Bell's at Killcare blends the inimitable Australian beach-house style with laid back Italian charm, to create a boutique home away from home.
The property sits at the heart of lovingly tended gardens, with manicured lawns peppered with fountains and colourful blooms. Each of the rooms at Bells reflects the laid-back seaside environment, with white-washed wood, nautical soft furnishings and natural fabrics. Make yourselves at home in your comfortable surroundings as you explore the stunning local area.
Killcare is on the tip of the Bouddi Peninsula National Park with seven pristine beaches and many well-documented walking trails around Maitland Bay, Pretty Beach, Killcare Beach and the villages of Killcare, Hardys Bay and Wagstaffe. Enjoy some of the famous Australian waves with a morning surf at the southern end of Killcare Beach.
Dining here at Bells at Killcare is a highlight, and the restaurant, Manfredi at Bells, showcases chef Stefano Manfredi’s urban sensibilities and transplants them to a quintessentially Australian contemporary coastal setting. The menus are built on authenticity, simplicity and freshness, featuring seasonal dishes inspired by the produce grown and harvested in the estate’s famous vegetable garden, known as Stefano’s garden, and the surrounding local area. Expect Hawkesbury River oysters and crayfish caught off nearby Macmasters Beach, Gundooee Wagyu beef from the Central Tablelands and Bangalow Sweet Pork from the Northern Rivers.

The hotel has 25 rooms, including nine suites and two two-storey cottages. The two-storey Cottages feature upstairs bedrooms, double spa baths and private balconies.
Childcare

When to travel
In the southern half of Australia the seasons are the opposite of those in the northern hemisphere: spring comes in September, summer is from December to February, autumn runs from March to May, and winter begins in June.
Sydney is great to visit year round but if you want warm sun and dry weather it is best to try between November and April. Their winter months of May - October usually have mild weather so you can still enjoy all the sights.
