All rooms have private balconies, high speed internet access and interactive TV systems.
Childcare
The resort is recommended for children with an excellent Kid’s Club offering a wide range of organized activities and a kid's pool supervised by highly trained lifeguards. A babysitting service is available on request at an additional charge.

Facilities at the resort include swimming pools, kid’s club, health club, water sports centre, souk and 23 restaurants and bars. The spa is out of this world and features 26 treatment rooms some with private gardens or balconies, hydrotherapy rooms with indoor and outdoor baths and steam showers, a Watsu pool, Kneipp basins, two honeymoon suites complete with private changing facilities, sunken baths, relaxation areas, steam showers and home theatre. There are also three Arabic tents which are used as treatment areas amidst the gardens and waterways.

The resort offers complimentary use of the swimming pool, health club and tennis courts. Spa treatments, water sports, off-site diving and golf are charged additionally.

When to travel
The best time to visit the UAE is between October and November and then February and March, when temperatures hang around the mid-20s and the humidity is under control. While December and January are generally considered the best months to go, the weather over the last couple of ‘winters’ has been unpredictable with occasional cloud and rain.
The month of Ramadan means hotel rates are heavily discounted, but while outside the resort, Ramadan is strictly adhered to, within the resorts you will notice very little difference.
High summer (July and August) means heavy discounted hotels it’s a great option for a cheap getaway but it will be very very hot and very very humid!
