We were very impressed with the ShangriLa and it was a very family friendly hotel, and even included a kids food bar for the buffet breakfast and dinner, which the kids loved!

The hotel was first class and it is certainly very child-friendly (and everyone else-friendly). Nothing was too much trouble, and we certainly put them to the test with such a large and varied party. The New Year's Eve evening was probably the best we have ever spent - a 5-course dinner with all the trimmings, free wine and champagne throughout, fireworks and an ABBA band on the beach, plus a magic show for the children.
