The Victoria Chau Doc is located right on the banks of the Bassac River at the Three River Crossing and is the perfect place to sit back and watch the bustling life of the river. Children are made very welcome at the Victoria Chau Doc but there are no specific facilities for them except for babysitting, which can be arranged of request. Children will love the bustle of life on the river and will find passing through Chau Doc en route to Cambodia a real adventure (as will adults!)

Tropical climate. Hot and humid year round, with an average annual temperature of 27 C. Best time to visit is November to February when it is cooler and dryer. December to April is the dry season with occasional rain. May to November is the wet season with showers almost every day and flooding in the Mekong Delta can occur.

Located on the banks of the Bassac River at the Three Rivers Crossing. Chau Doc town in the Mekong Delta is 285km southwest of Ho Chi Minh city, near the Cambodian border.

How to get there

15-hour international flight (one change) to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City. Victoria Chau Doc Hotel is a 7-hour drive from Ho Chi Min.
