Description
Please note that there is ongoing building work occurring in the Nusa Dua area of Bali.
The Balé is a fashionable, modern resort in Nusa Dua with 29 private luxury Balinese pavilions and an excellent spa. Surrounded by open spaces and water elements, a uniquely calming, chic and relaxing environment has been created. All rooms have sleek modern interiors and simple white walled gardens with private pools and comfy daybeds. A dedicated unobtrusive butler is on hand to cater to your ever need.
The largely organic fresh food at the restaurants is simply out of this world, with an open kitchen concept and a relaxed atmosphere setting the tempo. Faces is the main poolside restaurant serving a whole host of seafood and light cuisine for lunch and dinner. The spa's restaurant, Bliss, specialises in spa cuisine and serves nourishing meals and drinks designed to complement the treatments and therapies at the spa.
The spa is a central feature of The Balé and treatments are extensive and indulgent, many catering to couples. There is also yoga, pilates, Qigong and Tai Chi and resident and visiting experts are on hand to share their knowledge and expertise. There is also a gym and a stunning two tiered swimming pool.
While The Balé is not a beachfront property, its location on a hilly rise just outside of the luxurious Nusa Dua enclave offers easy access to the beach and its own private beach club. Scattered with comfy loungers, the beach has pristine white sand and gentle surf and here a whole range of watersports is available to those who have managed to leave the confines of their villa.
For those seeking a peaceful, zen-like experience The Balé is a perfect fit - the service is second to none, the food is fabulous, the villas are a perfect soothing sanctuary and every aspect of the resort has been designed to promote relaxation and good energy.

When to travel
Straddling the equator, Indonesia tends to have a fairly even climate year-round. Rather than four seasons, Indonesia has two – dry (between May to September) and wet (between October to April) – and there are no extremes of temperature between winter and summer. In most parts of Indonesia, the wet season falls between October and April and the dry season between May and September. December and January see Bali at its most humid and rain tends to come in sudden tropical downpours, but it can also rain for more prolonged periods.
