Description
The Jimbaran Puri is a charming, relaxed resort set amongst four acres of tropical gardens overlooking the soft white sands of Jimbaran Bay.
The traditional cottages are accessed by winding paths through the gardens or along the beachfront, each with a terrace and garden with an open air shower and dining area - perfect for lazy afternoons. The newer Pool Villas at Jimbaran Puri offer more contemporary and spacious accommodation and each villa comes with its own indoor and outdoor living area and private pool.
The Nalayan Restaurant offers the ultimate in romantic dining with tables set up next to and on the beach where you can enjoy the day's catch as the sun sets over the ocean. Balinese favourites are freshly prepared at the Tanjung Cafe and the poolside Puri Bar is great for light meals, snacks and drinks.
There is a beautiful main swimming pool offering superb ocean views and those who enjoy the water can windsurf and dinghy sail. Stroll a few minutes along the beach to one of the many local seafood restaurants for an authentic Balinese dining experience.
Jimbaran Puri has distant views of Bali’s runway therefore occasional aircraft noise is possible.

When to travel
Straddling the equator, Indonesia tends to have a fairly even climate year-round. Rather than four seasons, Indonesia has two – dry (between May to September) and wet (between October to April) – and there are no extremes of temperature between winter and summer. In most parts of Indonesia, the wet season falls between October and April and the dry season between May and September. December and January see Bali at its most humid and rain tends to come in sudden tropical downpours, but it can also rain for more prolonged periods.
