There are very few places that instil such a sense of happiness and wellbeing as Esencia. It is one of those hotels that just seems to work on every level: the service is excellent but not over-the-top, the food delicious, and the rooms spacious and calming. I loved the spa with its rustic organic accents, and the beach is in my view the prettiest on the Riviera Maya.
