Parrot Cay is one of 40 small islands in the Turks and Caicos archipelago and is a 25 minute speedboat transfer from Providenciales Airport. Crystal clear waters surround the cay and its three miles of white sand beaches, and there are groves of cactus, mangroves and wetlands within the island’s 1,000 secluded acres.

complimentary coffee/tea making facilities. Parrot Cay's rooms are designed to maximise light. Facing the sea or the island’s natural landscaping, the breeze rolls in from the ocean. Here simplicity begets sophistication. Balinese day-beds, four-posters and private pools encourage relaxed lounging.
Children are welcome but there are no specific facilities available except babysitting. There is also a children’s menu available at the hotel's restaurant. Kids of all ages will enjoy horse riding along the sands of Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales or why not take a day trip to North Caicos to go cycling and spot flamingos and ospreys. Attractions include the National Museum, the 17th-century plantation house Cheshire Hall and the 18th-century battlement at Fort George Cay.
Facilities include a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, gym, library with DVDs and CDs, restaurant, boutique and the COMO Shambhala retreat which features a yoga room, nine treatment rooms, an outdoor Jacuzzi garden, a Pilates studio, double massage rooms and Japanese baths.

The Turks and Caicos’ climate is a beach lover’s dream, with temperatures rarely getting excruciatingly hot or anything approaching cool. Temperatures average 25°C in winter and 32°C in summer. The hottest months are August to November, and average humidity is 35%. Average annual rainfall is 21in and it’s wettest in summer.

Parrot Cay is located on its own private 1000-acre island about a 45-minute sea journey from the main island of Providenciales. The Turks and Caicos Islands are located in the northern Caribbean, an archipelago of eight principal islands and more than 40 smaller cays, of which Parrot Cay is one.
How to get there
12 hour international flight (direct on Sunday’s only) to Providenciales International Airport. On arrival at the airport, you will be met by a member of hotel staff and transferred to the resort – a 15-minute drive to the Parrot Cay Estates Marina at Leeward followed by the relaxing boat transfer.
