Western Coast

This region is the gateway to the oldest rainforest reserve in the Western Hemisphere, and its abundance of flora, fauna and wild birdlife. The Leeward Caribbean coastline is peppered with gentle golden sandy beaches and the majority of them are beautiful and wonderfully unspoilt. The waters around Tobago are fed from the great Orinoco River, and these warm currents sustain a marine life of incredible diversity, even by the prolific standards of this region.
