Description

The Four Seasons Nevis is an award winning hotel set on the quaint Caribbean island of Nevis.

There are 196 rooms and suites spread over 350 acres of tropical gardens with views of the beach, golf course or Mount Nevis. Elegantly furnished, they all have lavish bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and separate showers and large verandas.

The Fours Seasons Nevis offers guests four dining options; Mango is a great place to enjoy fine West-Indian cuisine, Coral Grill offering fresh seafood and exquisite cuts of meat in a dramatic oceanside setting and Neve for buffet breakfasts or casual Italian dinners. Cabana serves lighter fare beside the beach but you can also enjoy delicious Caribbean cocktails in the elegant Library Bar.

The greatest attraction of this resort is the impressive array of activities on offer, including a health and fitness club, an 18-hole golf course, and an international tennis centre. There is also excellent childcare at the 'Kids for All Seasons' club which includes supervised recreational, creative and educational activities and nannies are available on a private basis.

Accommodation

The Fours Seasons Nevis features 196 Rooms and Suites in 12 two-storey guest buildings. Guest rooms feature a furnished outdoor veranda or patio and oversized marble bathrooms with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. High-speed wired or wireless Internet service is available throughout the resort.

Childcare

The Four Seasons Nevis offers excellent facilities for children aged 3-9 yrs. The Kids for All Seasons Children's Club provides supervised recreational, creative and educational activities such as the Sea Turtle Education Programme. Babysitting is available and there is a long list of family-orientated activities on offer.

Facilities at the Four Seasons Nevis include 4 restaurants, bar, lounge, tennis shop, 10 tennis courts (5 for night play), gym, golf course, swimming pool, and spa offering rejuvenating body treatments and massage therapies which can also be enjoyed in the comfort of your own room or suite.

Activities

Complimentary activities at the resort include use of the swimming pool, sailing, windsurfing, gym, volleyball and non-motorised water sports. Activities at an additional cost include use of the spa, golf, tennis, yoga and motorised water sports.

When to travel

Winter days average a temperature of 27°C while summers shoot up to a still ­respectable 30°C. Annual rainfall averages 55in and is fairly consistent throughout the year. The driest months are February to June, and the hurricane (and rainy) season is July to November, although even during this period the weather can be gorgeous. High-season rates start from around mid-December and go to mid-April. The best time to visit, price- and weather-wise, is November and early December

Four Seasons Resort - Nevis is a premiere Charlestown hotel brandishing lavish accommodation in the Charlestown area. Located on the West coast of Nevis Island.

How to get there

Arriving at St. Kitts guests will be met by Four Seasons staff just outside baggage claim and then transported by Four Seasons private launch directly to the Resort pier on Nevis. Alternatively, scheduled or charter flights to either Nevis Vance Amory International Airport.


Additional notes

Four Seasons Nevis closed due to hurricane Omar

The Four Seasons Nevis will be closed until 15th December 2010 for refurbishment work as a result of impacts from Hurricane Omar.
