Description

Centred around a crescent-shaped beach on the island of Virgin Gorda, Little Dix Bay offers complete relaxation and privacy. Walkways twist through lawns that roll down to the sea and in the heart of this setting are the 100 spacious guest rooms. Suites are spacious with gorgeous bathrooms, over sized sunken tubs, garden showers and stunning oceanic views. Amenities include Bose CD players, in-room safe and air conditioning.

Activities include diving, snorkelling, sailing and the use of 7 tennis courts. There are three restaurants; the open-air Pavilion serves Caribbean food mixed with modern flavours, the Sugar Mill offers a grill menu and the Beach Grill is just a few steps from the beach and offers simple Mediterranean delights. There is a Children’s Grove for younger visitors set amongst the shade of a mahogany preserve featuring a miniature Caribbean chattel house, dress-up parlour, arts and crafts center, shipwreck and outside play area. For the adults, there is a fantastic new spa with dramatic views of the British Virgin Islands offering an array of Caribbean specialties using indigenous botanical ingredients.

Little Dix Bay features 100 rooms, cottages & suites as well as two, three and four bedroom villas, some with private pools. Suites are spacious with gorgeous bathrooms, over sized sunken tubs, garden showers and stunning oceanic views. Amenities include Bose CD players, in-room safe and air conditioning.

Childcare

Little Dix Bay has good facilities for children. Children’s Grove which is open 5 days a week (closed Thursday and Sunday) featuring a shipwreck, “monkey lounge”, outside play area, arts & crafts. Children’s menu available in the Beach Grill. Day, half-day & evening rates apply. Babysitting available.

Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands

Little Dix Bay is nestled on the untamed island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Just a 15 minute walk from Spanish Town.

How to get there

9 hour international flight (non-stop) to Antigua. From Antigua it's a 1 hour 15 minute domestic flight to Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport, Tortola. A resort representative will meet guests upon arrival outside the customs area and assist with luggage and transportation to a private catamaran launch for the 15-minute ride to the resort dock.
